Our Applicants
To view a list of Applicants, either click on the Applicants icon from the welcome screen, or use the 'Our Applicants' menu link in the My LetRef drop down menu.
A search box is available at the top of the screen as well as a set of filters which are accessed by clicking the Search Tools button.
The table can be sorted by clicking on the appropriate column heading. Clicking the same heading a second time will reverse the sort order.
Add Applicant(s) to a Property
If you want to add multiple applicants to the same property, this can be easily achieved by editing the property and adding tenants.
Go to the Our Properties screen and click on the edit button to the right of the required property.
At the bottom of the screen is an areas labelled 'TENANTS'
To add a tenant, complete the single line form at the bottom of the screen.
- Applicant Title (Select the title - Mr, Mrs, Miss etc)
- First Name (enter their First Name)
- Last Name (enter their Last Name)
- Email (Enter their Email address NOTE: Their email address HAS to be unique, you will get a warning message if you try to enter someone who is already on the system)
- Applicant Type - Select the type of reference required. NOTE: If you select either Tenant or Guarantor you will need to additionally select the Ref Type.
- Ref Type - Either select 'Comprehensive' or 'Comprehensive with Bank Statements' (Note these options are only applicable to Tenant and Guarantor applicants)
Click the Save button, when the screen redraws the Tennant should have been added. They will automatically receive an email with their login details and instructions on completing their application.
You can now proceed to add further tenants to this property.
