Adding a single applicant
Before you can add an Applicant, the associated property must already be added to the system.
From the Our Applicants Screen click the green '+ Add' button at the bottom of the table or select 'Add Applicant' from the My LetRef dropdown menu.

Complete the form as follows:
- Property - Select from the dropdown list
- Applicant Title - Select from the dropdown list
- First Name(s) - Enter the applicant name(s)
- Last Name - Enter the applicant surname
- Email - Enter the applicant email address, NOTE: This must be unique within the system as it is used as part of the login and also to communicate with the applicant. If the email address is not unique, an error will be generated.
- Applicant Type - Select the type of reference required from the dropdown list. Note if you select either 'Tenant' or 'Guarantor' you will need to additionally select the type of reference check.
Once the form is complete, click the SUBMIT button.
