Add a New Property
From the Our Properties screen, click the green '+ Add' button at the bottom of the property list
Alternatively there is a menu item on the 'My LetRef' menu to 'Add a Property'
To add a property, complet the table as follows:
- Property Ref (this is your unique property reference code)
- Property Address (the full address of the property)
- Property Postcode (the full postcode of the property)
- Monthly Rental (the expected rental of the property)
- No. Tenants (The number of tenants expected to occupy the property, this number is used when referencing to gauge the affordability for each prospective tenant)
- Move in Date (The date the property will be available) Use the button to the right of the field to select a date
Once the form is complete, click the SUBMIT button. Note all fields must be completed.
