Forgot your Username

If you are an Applicant your username should be your email address. If you are unable to remember your username (and it is not your email address) click on the 'Forgot your username?' link

You should then enter the email address which is associated with this account into this screen.

Then click the 'SUBMIT' button.

Assuming the email address is correct an email will be sent to the listed account. The email is sent instantly so if you do not receive it in the next couple of minutes remember to check your SPAM folders. The email address will contain details of your username. It also contains a link to the login page.
